This course deals with the law of civil procedures in terms of its definition development, sources and relation with other applicable laws. It studies the machinery of justice in respect of court structure, instances of trial, judicial officers and rules of jurisdiction, theory of action and procedures in civil matters, litigation, judgments and the ways of appeal.
